This 40’x60’x14′ tall Arbor metal Building is designed with both a residential sized garage door and a larger shop door to bring your tractor in out of the rain! The owner had a large upstairs loft built in the right-hand side for future living quarters. We made sure to build it with tall 16’ sidewalls and a four twelve pitch to have plenty of height upstairs. We also wired it to allow for solar photovoltaic panels. Even the water well is solar.
