This is how your quality Arbor Metal Building begins! We began this 30′ x 30′ last week. First we remove the natural vegetation and dirt to expose a clean slate below. Then we haul in select fill (150 tons of top quality “crushed refines” in this case) and properly compact it with a 5000 pound piece of equipment. “Maximum Density Compaction” is achieved by spreading out the select fill into thin layers and rolling them as we go, building up the pad to a desirable elevation. We will then pour a steel reinforced 3000 PSI commercial duty concrete slab on top of this pad, for a foundation that will endure the test of time!
